we chat

Fill out the project inquiry form with all of your details and book your call with me here. Please note: (Please note that all consultations require a non-refundable $30 fee. Should you decide to move forward with any project, that amount will be credited towards final balance.

we partner

If we’re a good fit for each other, we will follow-up by sending you a proposal that will include the project scope and pricing sheet. Should you choose to partner with us, we will send you over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit of the project total to secure your spot on our design queue (it’s our project waiting list) and pick coordinating dates to launch by your deadline.

we prepare

Yay you're locked and secure! You will receive our Partner Welcome Kit and be guided to book your onboarding meeting to kick-off our planning phase. During this time you will complete the necessary homework needed to make your dreams a reality such as filling out questionnaires and organizing your content.

we hustle

By this point, we’ll have all the content and information we need to go straight into work mode. Your final payment of 50% is due before we begin service. Let’s get started!

we celebrate

Woot, woot! You are ready, set, and launched! It's time to break out the champs and toast over your new project. We will send on over all of your files and/or transfer over web ownership. You will then have your 1-on-1 Client Offboarding where we will train you on how to access your design files and manage your brand assets and/or website.
